Our Programmes
Tshehetso Development Projects delivers practical, community-based programmes that turn digital access into human progress.
Our programmes are designed for learners, school leavers, unemployed youth, families and underserved communities across the Free State, Gauteng townships and Northern Cape.

Tsela Tshweu Digital Pathways
Guiding Youth into the Digital Future
Tsela Tshweu Digital Pathways is Tshehetso’s flagship youth development programme.
The phrase Tsela Tshweu means “good luck” or “we wish you well on your journey.” For Tshehetso, it represents our commitment to walking with young people as they transition from school into further education, employment, entrepreneurship and active citizenship.
This programme helps young people build digital confidence, career readiness and access to education and work opportunities.
Safe Digital Futures
Helping Communities Stay Safe Online
Safe Digital Futures is Tshehetso’s cyber safety and digital citizenship programme.
It helps learners, youth, parents, caregivers and communities use digital platforms safely, responsibly and confidently.
The programme responds to everyday online risks such as cyberbullying, scams, fake job adverts, fake bursaries, identity theft, misinformation, harmful content, privacy risks and unsafe social media behaviour.

Digital Health Access
Connecting Communities to Health Information, Support and Care
Digital Health Access improves access to trusted healthcare information, digital health literacy, health awareness, screening referrals and healthcare navigation support.
This programme does not replace healthcare providers. Tshehetso’s role is to help people access trusted information, understand digital health tools, avoid misinformation and connect with appropriate support services.
